The document aimed to evaluate the game as a didactic strategy for the development of logical-mathematical skills in early education. To achieve the objectives, a quantitative methodological approach was adopted. Firstly, a systematic review of the literature was carried out to identify and analyze previous studies that have used the game as a teaching strategy in the development of logical-mathematical skills. 120 children were chosen in 4 work groups to apply the strategies and the same Woodcook-Jhonson evaluation was done before and after to then measure with t tests, the effectiveness of the proposed dimensions understanding of concepts, analytical skills, memory and security . This review provided a solid theoretical foundation and helped contextualize the present study within the framework of existing research. The comparative analysis of the pre- and post-intervention mean differences showed that Pattern Recognition (PR) had the greatest development with a mean difference of 1.617, followed by Counting and Numeration (CN) with 1.584, Geometry and Space (GE) with 1,575, and Measurement and Estimation (ME) with 1,550.
